ADHIR MAHAJAN
(Principle Architect)
Principal Architect of Architectural Design Studio, with more than 2 decades of professional experience. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from IIA and is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) from USGBC.
His work follows minimalistic design principles, focusing on planning, material efficiency, and contextual sensitivity, with a practical approach that aligns design intent with construction.
His experience spans high-end hotels, luxury residences, large college and institutional campuses, as well as commercial and mixed-use projects, and includes all stages of architectural services from concept design and documentation to coordination, site supervision, and execution, in accordance with the professional standards.
